Nathalie Klefisch is a partner of the firm and works in its Department of Administrative and Regulatory law.

Areas of expertise:

She has extensive experience in providing legal advice on administrative and regulatory matters, often in cooperation with the other specific areas or Desks of the firm, as well as in the defense of our clients in all kinds of administrative and contentious-administrative procedures.

Nathalie is currently advising national and foreign clients in all areas of Public Law:

  • Public contracts.
  • Urban planning and environment.
  • Expropriation.
  • Heritage, waters, mines, regulated sectors, among others.
  • Food industry, consumption and commerce.
  • Hotels, tourism and leisure.

Academic Background:

She holds a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona and was a Professor of Law at the C.D.E.S. Abat Oliba from 1992-2005, lecturing in Administrative Law I and II, Practicum and the Course of Company Lawyers.
